Dell EMC Networking OS10 S5200/S4148U port won't come up due to wrong port group profile

Summary 

Plugged known good cable and transceiver but port will not come up.  Verified that the port is in no shutdown.  Why won't the port come up?

How to change the Port-Group Mode

Port group might not be configured to negotiate at the specified speed.
 

Commands	Description
show port-group	This will show all port-groups and how they are currently configured.

Notates the port-group number to modify.  We are looking for Port 56

Example from S5200:
