You will need to do a serial capture of the boot to ensure that you're not in a lockdown state. If it turns out that you are in a lockdown state then you need to call in, if you don't want to call in then you can do an internet search on how to clear a lockdown, but we are not able to assist with it. 

As far as the controller replacement, with it having prior configuration data on it you would need to clear it, which you can call in for or you would need to search on how to do it, again we wouldn't be able to assist with it.

Also, on a side note, I would recommend that you keep your questions to a single posting specific to your issue, as posting across multiple boards and unrelated postings can get you flagged for spam, as it looks like it may have done on one or two. Just wanted to let you know so you don't end up getting blocked.
