1. Open a command prompt 'as administrator' and cd to the folder where the file is downloaded.
2. Run msiexec /update SysMgmt*.msp command to apply the patch.
OR
1. Login as administrator.
2. Browse to the folder where the file is downloaded and double click the *.msp file to apply the patch.
