MD3000i Password Reset

I'm trying to reset the password on my MD3000i. I built a serial cable, and after a few hours of messing around, was finally able to get more then gibberish from it. Only to find out that in order to reset the password, I need Another password.

Searching around the 'net I found several sources claiming that the support password is "supportDell".
 That does not work on either of the AMP01s. I can however log in to a shell with ctrl+c and a password of "infiniti".

Is there any other support passwords that I could try, or maybe a way to factory the thing from the shell?
