After almost two decades of successful business, learning, and development, it is time for me to bid farewell to Dell Technologies, and my former colleagues at EMC and VMware. It has been an incredible journey filled with opportunities to meet new customers, partners, and colleagues, and to make great friends along the way. I am grateful to have had the support of so many individuals who believed in me and gave me the chance to develop and grow professionally. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Adrian McDonald, Chad Sakac, Wade O'Harrow, Matt Dunfee, Dan O'Brien, Chris Kaddaras, Aongus Hegarty, Jacques Boschung, Dinko Eror, Mithu Bhargava, and many others. Finally, a special congratulations to Sascha Meier, an outstanding leader who will undoubtedly excel in his new role leading the EMEA Presales organization. #Bicycle manufacturers face demanding challenges designing a new bike as they should balance aerodynamic performance with smooth handling and riding behavior that depends on the surface the bicycle is made for. The use of high-fidelity computational #fluiddynamics simulators enables them with insights into the behavior of the prototypes, significantly speeding the process as there is no need for time-consuming physical testing. To run the demanding simulations and the #CAD workflows, designers leverage GPU-accelerated systems including Dell Precision workstations powered by NVIDIA graphics. #PathAI is an interesting case in #healthcare that develops apps harnessing #AI and #ML to train computers to understand images of patient cells, summarize the results and help pathologists decide the preferred treatment. Their workloads have tremendous #computational requirements in terms of storage, processing, and #datasecurity while the speed of deployment plays a huge role in a successful outcome.
