How to add a user in Dell iDRAC  - Step by step with screenshots 

1. Login iDRAC using root account.

2. Click Remote Access, Network/Security and then Users.

3. Click a User ID, for example 3.

4. Make sure Configure User is checked and click Next.

5. Check Enable User, enter the password, select LAN User Privilege Granted, Serial Port User Privilege Granted and Roles.

6. Click Apply to save the settigns.

7. You souls have the new user added.
