PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE
Hello I am having an issue where an MD3220I array went down due to a power loss and now it is getting a disk pool failed error. I will genuinely do anything please help me.

Hi @tonythedev,
I saw you have posted on one of the existing topic, and you have posted a new topic. So I'll be working with you on your new topic here.
Could you show me a screenshot stating there is a disk pool failed error? You mentioned you ran the SMCli command and having same error message? What command did you run?

Attached are the screenshots. I have tried the revive command with and without the semicolon. No luck. We have some data on this array that was not backed up. So it will be very important to get it back up. All the drives show healthy. It's the pool that shows failed.
I also collected the support data if you want to take a look.

We would really need to review the logs before proceeding, so I would suggest uploading the support bundle to upload. dell. com and then private message Joey and I the svc tag used to upload it with, so that we may locate it.
