CAVA vs McAfee VSES ICAP
Has anyone used Mcafee VirusScan Enterprise for Storage for ICAP (Internet Content Adaptation Protocol) with Celerra?
I have customer and Mcafee team suggesting to him to use their VSES ICAP insted CAVA, I am not familiar with this product and can't tell if it has any advantages over CAVA.
Any help is appriciated.

Even when the scan engine is using ICAP you still also need the Event Enabler (CEE/VEE/CAVA) to interface with the VNX
See the CEE/VEE manuals and release notes for details
I don’t know if there is any advantage in using ICAP

After reading documentation, and talking to the cutomer and Mcafee team that it is not supported and we wil use CAVA with their AV.
