SMB User Cannot FTP to unity array when home directory restriction is enabled

ftp> user domainuser1@example.com
---> USER domainuser1@example.com
331 Password required for domainuser1@example.com.
Password:
---> PASS XXXX
550 Can't change to home directory.
Login failed.
ftp> bye
---> QUIT
221 Goodbye.

Cause

In the Unity MMC Home Directory Feature the NETBIOS name must only contain a NETBIOS Name. If a FQDN is specified in this field the FTP connection will result in an error.

Invalid Configuration :
Fully Qualified Domain name specified in NETBIOS Domain field

Specify the NetBIOS name in the Home Directory Feature
In the Unity MMC Home Directory Feature the NETBIOS name must only contain a NETBIOS Name.
