* If you currently have an AMD video card, your options are to use the AW2518H at 60Hz, or remove the AMD video card and install a Nvidia video card. Or, return the AW2518H and purchase the AW2518HF

* Concerning the recent articles discussing Nvidia testing AMD FreeSync monitors

Nvidia did not state that their latest driver would work with all AMD FreeSync monitors. In fact, Nvidia only listed 12 AMD FreeSync monitors that they tested/validated. Dell AMD FreeSync monitors are not on that list.
"Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said on stage that the company has tested over 400 monitors, but only found 12 to be worthy of the G-Sync Compatible tag."
