U2415, connection help

#1 U2415 DP out port --> U2415 DP to mDP cable --> #2 U2415 mDP in port (DP 1.2 Disabled)

Why is this listed as a monitor out to monitor in connection? Shouldn't it be monitor to laptop? Please advise asap.

No. In nanoai case, they are connecting TWO U2415 in a daisy chain from the XPS 13-9370. So the instruction for the 2nd daisy chained U2415 was correct.

You should post which Dell monitor and what specific PC and video card you are using.

Thank you for the clarification and quick response; I misread "dual". I'm trying to do one step down from that - simply connecting one XPS 13 9370 Laptop (USB-C) to one U2415 monitor. The cables that come with the monitor are not compatible with the laptop. Could you tell me the correct connection setup (like you did for the other individual) and what cables I need to purchase? Thank you in advance!
