5. Temporarily disable your graphics adapter

16. Enable Scale to the full panel size option

  1. Open Catalyst Control Center.
  2. Navigate to My Digital Flat Panels and select Properties in the menu on the left.
  3. Select your monitor and locate the Image scaling preferences section.
  4. Select Maintain aspect ratio and click on Apply to save changes.
  5. The problem should be resolved. Now you can use switch to Scale image to full panel size option if you want.
